INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORDERING: Click on the Department that you wish to order. Click on the item that you wish to order, make your selections. Click “Add to cart” then either “Continue Shopping” or ” Check Out.” Complete the Billing and Shipping information. Be sure the Billing address is the address your credit card statement is sent to. You DO NOT have to create an account to place an order. After you enter your credit card the next page is your web confirmation page. Review this page carefully, check for correct spelling of names to be imprinted on the bibles. You will receive an email confirmation page, PRINT THIS PAGE AND SEND A COPY with your carefully wrapped and packaged books to: Organizer Systems, PO BOX 1349, Blackfoot, ID 83221. Processing time for service products is 4 to 5 business days or 5 to 7 weeks for custom leather products.
If ordering a foreign language, PLEASE CONTACT us PRIOR to placing your order to be sure we can process your language and that we have correct font size available. We may not have all foreign language titles available. Currently, we are able to process: Spanish, Italian, French, Portuguese, German, Polish, Russian, Romanian, Japanese, Chinese(Traditional and Simplified), Korean, Albanian, Hungarian. Additional charges may apply to have foreign language books bound in leather. We cannot RUSH process any foreign language literature.
1.BOOK CONDITION: You must supply all books in brand new, unmarked condition. Check books very carefully before sending. Charges may apply for books in less than new condition. Wrap each book carefully for protection before placing in a box for shipping. Damaged books may be subject to an additional charge.
All books have variations in paper quality, margins, and printing from the original factory. The print on the page may vary from top to bottom and side to side and may be closer to the edge of the book in some pages. We trim the edges of the book but we cannot control the print location on the page. We are not responsible for pages falling out of books due to the publishers binding techniques. The publishers continue to make changes to current publications. New books sent in to us are processed together. You may NOT receive the exact book sent in unless specifically requested. Used books are strongly discouraged from use in binding due to problems such as personal notes being cut off in trimming. The lifespan of the book is reduced and special handling is involved in used books. A minimum of $10.00 charge will apply to each used book. The customer is responsible for straightening bent pages.
Any books that were sent in to us but not used for the order will not be returned to the customer unless specified AND will be subject to additional shipping and handling charges. Any unclaimed books will become property of Organizer Systems after 6 months.
2.PAYMENT: Payment is accepted by Visa, Master Card. Your card is charged when your order is place online.
3.PRICES/POLICIES: Our prices, policies, shipping/handling charges, product design, colors and availability are all subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse your order for any reason. We reserve the right to make changes at any time to our products and production process with out notice. By ordering from us you accept these terms. Our shipping and handling charges are based on total amount ordered. Any added charge or refund will be made when actual shipping and handling charges are determined.
4.INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Any taxes or duty charged by the country of destination are assumed by and entirely the responsibility of the customer. International orders are excluded from our normal guarantee and terms due to higher risk in shipping. We will follow your shipping instructions carefully with the understanding that any losses will be wholly assumed by the customer. We are not responsible for shipments once they leave our building. There is no tracking placed on packages leaving the country. Packages traveling outside the United States often require additional shipping time. Please allow up to 45 mailing days to receive your order once it leaves
our offices. There may be additional shipping charges required to mail your package based on actual freight cost to the country of origin. We DO NOT ship to Mexico.
5.GURANTEE OF CRAFTSMANSHIP/RETURNS: Our goal is to provide high-quality, attractive organizers and bookbinding at a reasonable price. We guarantee a full refund, credit or replacement of merchandise that we deem defective. Leather colors and textures may vary, so matching color sets should be ordered at the same time. Please remember leather is a natural material made of animal hide. Just as no two animals are exactly alike no two pieces of leather are identical. These natural characteristics are not defects and are considered marks of distinction in full-grain leather. The live nature of leather contributes to the individuality of each book. Hand made products each have their own individual differences. Our covers are hand stamped individually, not machine embossed.
Even though we require new, unmarked books for binding, it is not possible for us to guarantee the original factory binding on any book. We are not responsible for pages falling out of books due to the publishers binding techniques. The publishers continue to make changes to current publications. Margins may vary in the original factory binding, the printing may vary from top to bottom or side to side and over this we have no control. We trim pages and make sure that no words are cut. We reserve the right to refuse any books or literature deemed unacceptable by us and return shipping will be charged to the sender.
Items that we deem defective must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us for authorization. If a product has been ordered by mistake,initial shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer will assume shipping expenses for all returns. Any handmade or sewn leather product may not be returned. Please request leather samples to verify color choice. Each computer screen is different and color choices may not appear exactly as actual leather color. Non personalized items that are in resaleable, unused condition may be returned for a full refund of the product cost only with prior approval and within 30 days. Customer assumes all shipping costs for returned prodcuts. Items customized with a name imprint, personal notes, etc are not refundable unless we have clearly made an error.
We will do our best to process returns quickly. Please allow 14-21 days for processing. Refunds will be credited to the original credit card account number. If you paid by check or money order please allow an additional 14-21 days for delivery of check via USPS.
6.CHANGING/CANCELLATION OF ORDERS: Orders for custom-made products with name imprints or used books that have begun the manufacturing process may not be cancelled. Any changes requested for custom-made products after production has started may not be possible and will be subject to additional charges if a change is possible. If original order is already completed, no return or refund is possible. Non-customized items may be canceled prior to shipping. Shipping and handling charges are non refundable once order is placed. Rush Order charges are nonrefundable. If a credit is due it will be credited to your credit card . A refund check will be issued if we cannot refund your credit card. If books are not received within 6 months of the order date, your order will be canceled and we will refund your credit card.
7. STANDARD ORDERS: We ship all orders via the US post office. We do not guarantee any length of time for receipt of standard orders. Most custom, hand made products take 5-7 weeks to make not including shipping time. If you are ordering for a special event you may want to upgrade to a Rush order if an option for that item. Service product orders take 4 to 5 buisness days to process not including shipping time.
8.RUSH ORDERS: Choose the Rush option for the items BR2, SS1, LS1, LB1 or LBGL. Rush orders are processed in 3 weeks (not including shipping) from the date that we receive your books and are able to start your order. This includes accepted payment from your credit card and the complete books for the order in new condition. Rush orders require new books only, no used books. Rush orders may not include any special handling requests. Rush orders requesting special handling will be changed to standard orders. Rush orders may be made in English or Spanish only. No Foreign languages. Payment must be made by credit card on all Rush orders, we do not accept personal checks for Rush orders. A Rush order may not be combined with a standard order.
9.ORIGINAL SILVER TRIM: Silver edge is ONLY available for the 2014 Large Print Bible & the 2013 standard size Bible as well as the new 2016 large and small songbooks. No other items have the silver edge option. Please remember that due to normal variations in paper, we cannot guarantee that the silver will wear evenly and through normal use the silver will gradually wear off.
You must send new unmarked books. You will NOT receive the exact same book(s) you sent.
10. NEW RELEASES:
As a courtesy to our employees who have not been to their convention, please do not call to request covers or binding of new publications released until after the convention season in September.
New releases are not always added as a product that we offer. If we choose to offer the new release, it will not be offered until October of that year. You will then find it listed in our new products.
Publications that are released in a newer version will appear updated on our website in October. Orders that are placed before or during Convention season that are in process (we have received your books for your order and have begun your order) will NOT be cancelled nor can publications be exchanged if your order contains a book that has just been released at the convention. No refunds or discounts will be issued. We will stop new orders for just released versions of publications if necessary at the beginning of the convention season.
We are not responsible for and do not receive advance notice of changes in publications.
11. ORDER STATUS: After you place your order the following notifications can apply to your order: 1. E-mail: When we receive your order we will send a confirmation email letting you it is in our system. 2. Order Status: If you order any customized leather product and you log into your account, the order status will inform you that your order is STARTED. This indicates that your order is in process. 3. Shipping: When your order is completed, you will receive an email indicating that you order has been shipped.
